The minimalism writing manifesto

  1. Don’t use words as a filler. Strive towards saying what you want and then go and work on something else. Words should be a means to an end, not an end in and of themselves.
  2. Respect your reader’s time. Don’t keep them busy with extra words just because you feel it’s necessary to reach a certain number of words before the text can be considered serious or complete.
